Sub-Urban Submission

Please submit one form per artwork.

Artist Eligibility & Content Guidelines

Eligibility: Open to all artists aged 18 and over who identify as LGBTQIA+ or allies.

Content: All submitted artwork must be family-friendly and suitable for public, general audience viewing.

Selection: Organisers reserve the right to decline entry to any artwork at their discretion.

Entry Limits & Specifications

Physical Art (2D / 3D): Maximum 1 entry per artist. Artwork dimensions must not exceed 1m x 1m.

Digital Art: Maximum 2 entries per artist.

Labelling: All physical pieces (2D/3D) must clearly display your Name, Artwork Title, Price, and Contact Details on the back.

Entry Fees & Donations

Physical Artwork Entry: $20 (inc. GST) | Concession: $10 (inc. GST)

Digital Artwork Entry: $10 (inc. GST) | Concession: Free

Collection & Liability

Unsold Artwork Collection: All unsold physical artworks must be collected by 4:00 PM on Saturday, 31 October. Any works not collected by this deadline will unfortunately be disposed of.

Liability: While every possible care will be taken with your artwork, Qtopia Sydney and the event organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage during transport or exhibition.
