Qtopia Sydney operates across several heritage-listed buildings, and we are continually working to maximise accessibility across our precinct:
301 Forbes Street (Main Building): Level access with step-free entry via the main foyer. Exhibition spaces are largely wheelchair accessible, though heritage restrictions mean a few rooms have limited access. Accessible bathrooms are available.
Loading Dock Theatre: Fully step-free and wheelchair accessible for all performances.
The Substation & Historic Toilet Block: Currently accessible via stairs only due to the heritage architecture of these sites.

Closed Captioning: Displayed on most digital and video content throughout the Main Building exhibitions.
Hearing Loop: Installed and active in the Loading Dock Theatre for all performances and live events.

Free Carer Entry: Holders of a valid Companion Card receive complimentary entry when accompanying a ticket holder.
How to Redeem: Simply present your Companion Card at the front desk upon arrival to process your carer pass.
